Goldberg Variations - The Goldberg Variations, BWV 988, is a theme and variations by Johann Sebastian Bach, originally written for the harpsichord but nowadays frequently performed on the piano.
Goldberg reaction - The Goldberg reaction is a variation of the Ullmann reaction in which a primary aromatic amine is coupled to an aryl halide in the presence of a copper compound to give a secondary amine. The procedure can be extended to aromatic amides.
